ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All orders are acknowleged by fax. It is your responsibility to contact the factory immediately with any discrepancies.
FAX OR E-MAILED ORDERS
Orders received after 12:00 noon, West Coast Time, will be considered for the following business day.
E-MAIL ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Make sure your company name/contact, phone, purchase order numbers are clearly stated.

Artwork files must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator,- PC base use. For quality imprinting, formats should be in Vector EPS or PDF format. Faxed purchase orders should reference e-mail sent and a copy of artwork with order being imprinted.

Providing artwork larger than actual size will allow us to reduce it and will provide a better finished product. If your artwork contains shading, it should be submitted at actual size with a 45 line screen.

ARTWORK
All pricing is based on the factory receiving clean black & white line artwork to size. If additional artwork is required, such as color separation or heavy touch-up, we will bill for this work at $40.00 (G) an hour. Minimum charge of 1/2 hour.
PRODUCTION TIME
NORMAL production time is 2-3 weeks. Lead time WILL vary due to seasonal demands. If your due date is critical, please call the factory before sending your order. Rush orders will be billed on the basis of time and difficulty. Charges will range from 10% to 25%.

Production time begins only when all artwork, credit and/or payments are received, proofs approved and ship dates and all order details are clarified. In house orders normal production time is then 5-8 working days.

5 DAY FAST-SHIP FedEx : DOBI announces a new 5 DAY FAST-SHIP on selected products listed on the price sheet. For your order to qualify, it must include the following:

1) One color imprint.
2) Maximum 500 pcs accessories or 24 pcs putters.
3) Camera ready artwork must accompany order.
4) Federal Express next day or two day service must be specified.

Shipment will be made via Federal Express, however, you will only be charged fo UPS air rates. 5 DAY FAST-SHIP service is also available on orders with straight line copy and exact re-orders. Please mark your order clearly: "5 DAY FAST-SHIP Requested." Your order will ship in 6 business days after day received.

IMPRINT COLOR MATCHING
PMS color matching is $35.00 (G) on silk screen and pad printed items. PMS color matches are not available on hot stamped items.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee an exact PMS match. PANTONE Matching color swatches are primarily used in the lithography, where inks are formulated for a special print media substrate. Colors coud vary slightly due to many circumstances such as background color, substrate material finish and lighting conditions for embedded logo's under a clear coat finish.

CANCELLATIONS
Custom orders can not be cancelled without permission from the factory. Customers will be billed for all charges incurred and a cancelllation charge of $20.00 (G) will be invoiced.
LESS THAN MINIMUM
Absolute minimum is one-half of the listed quantity unless otherwise noted. Add $40.00 (G) handling charge to order.
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
We reserve the right to ship and invoice + or - 5% of the quantity ordered. To guarantee an exact quantity, $20.00 (G) handling charge is required.
EMAIL PROOFS
Email Proof will show image size and layout available at $15.00 (G). Allow 3-5 working days. We must have immediate approval to maintain shipping schedule.
SHIPPING
1)Split and drop shipment -- $12.00 (G) per location.
2)All orders should specify an "IN HANDS" date including the shipping method. If not specified then we reserve the right to ship by what ever means necessary to meet the "In Hands Date".
3)Export shipping handling charge @ $25.00 (G) to process all export documents.
4)Special Packaging -- call for quote.
5)We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit, since we have no control over the transportation services.
RETURN POLICY
No returns will be accepted without prior approval for the factory. Claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice. Merchandise will be refused without prior approval from customer service. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned goods.
CONDITIONS
1) Dobi Line guarantees its clubs for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase. Any club found defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any club found to be misused or damaged in any way other than normal play and determined repairable will be repaired at a normal fee plus postage.
2) The buyer assumes all risk of injury or accident due to causes resulting from the use of any equipment. Dobi Line shall not be held liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever.
